Do I have a warranty on my neon sign?
We offer a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. All electronic components are also CE and RoHS certified.
If there is a defect, you will receive a new neon lamp immediately. Warranty service is our top priority. Countless customer reviews confirm our service in the event of a warranty claim.
Can I dim my neon sign?
Of course! Order the optionally available dimmer including wireless remote control (can be selected in the configurator).

How is the power supplied?
All neon signs are connected directly to a normal 230V socket using the included power supply unit and power cable (Plug & Play).
A direct connection to the power grid is also possible. We recommend having this done by an electrician.

The configurator automatically calculates the exact size (width & height in cm) based on the text you enter. You can enter your individual size to the nearest centimeter using the custom size.

Which back wall shape should I choose?
When choosing the shape of the back wall, the visual aspect and the type of installation are important. For a wall installation, you can use all three back walls. For a ceiling installation (hanging), we recommend choosing a panel (adapted to shape or as a rectangle). This provides better stability.
If you are unsure, we will help you with our expert advice.
1. Acrylic glass without back wall: The acrylic glass is cut close to the letters and is therefore barely visible.
2. Acrylic glass according to shape: The acrylic glass is cut along the shape.
3. Acrylic glass as a rectangle: The acrylic glass is cut as a rectangle.
Difference indoor vs. outdoor neon signs?
Indoor neon signs are suitable for permanent use in enclosed spaces. Outdoor neon signs are suitable for permanent use in open areas. An extra coating is used to make the material suitable for external weather conditions.

Is the installation complicated? Do I need professional help?
The assembly/installation is very simple and can be done without external help. You have the option of hanging the neon lamp on the wall or from the ceiling. You can also use any other type of assembly, as our neon lamps are equipped with pre-drilled, round mounting holes in the acrylic glass (e.g. hooks, double-sided adhesive tape, cable ties etc.).
